Walmart Store 100 is a very busy store, always full of people and lots of merchandise to browse. This visit took longer than usual because the photo department was very disorganized and the associate had a lot of trouble locating my order. However, he was really friendly and was clearly trying his best. During checkout we needed help with a coupon that required a "salaried manager," so it took a few more minutes. During that time we had at least 4 different associates offer to help before they realized they couldn't. I was impressed at how ready they were to help anyone who looked like they needed it. Overall, it's a great store and well run, for the volume of product and customers that are in and out on the daily.
The Drone is super neat to watch. The flight crew is super friendly and doesn’t mind showing spectators a test flight. Store was cleaner then most I’ve seen.
Would give 0 out of 5 if I could. They had phone cases on clearance for $15. When I went to check out they were $30. I asked for help they came over and said there was no way this case was on sale for $15. I showed them how there were 4-5 of the same phone case on the same rack for $15. They then blamed it on customers moving items. So customers moved 5 of the same phone case to the same clearance shelf? That’s just flat out nonsense. I asked for a manager and they refused and just looked at me crazy. Awful customer service and a terrible way to handle an EMPLOYEE mess up. I usually shop here for convenience but I’ll switch to more local stores that’ll stand behind what they price. 👎
Thee biggest Wal-Mart I've ever been in! Was astounded by how massive it was. Everything you could need in one place for sure. Everything was so clean and orderly. Could easily find what you needed. Most things had giant signs above them. Wonderful store! Had self checkout on both sides plus in the middle had your slew of regular cashiers. Cart returns in convenient spots all over. Great sized handicapped spots, those all over as well. Definitely a great store!
I’ve waited at online pick up for an hour now I’ve called multiple times to reach their department and then I started calling the operator each time I’ve been hung up on. Earlier today I waited for help at the fabric counter then tried to call them walked to customer service where they were letting the phone ring as I stood in front of them and told them that’s me trying to call they said oh sorry we didn’t hear it then said they would send someone to me in fabric then I waited for another hour almost until I gave up and left. It’s sad that of all places to have a bad Walmart it would be here.
